Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Games4Fun collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes information across our websites, companion tools, deal services, mobile games, and other products.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Games4Fun.io, SeiyaEX Companion, Games4Fun Deals, and Games4Fun games, apps, websites, and services that link to it (the Services). Games4Fun refers to the developer or publisher identified in the applicable Service or app-store listing.
Features differ by Service, so a category below is collected only when relevant. App-specific Google Play Data Safety and Apple App Privacy disclosures supplement this policy. Third-party services we do not control are governed by their own policies.
2. Information we collect
Depending on the Service, you may provide account and profile details; email, language, region, and preferences; saved builds, rosters, progress, scores, achievements, favorites, watchlists, deal alerts, settings, and other submitted content; support messages, feedback, attachments, and contest entries; and purchase, subscription, entitlement, refund, or order information. App stores and payment providers generally process payment credentials.
We may automatically collect IP address, device and advertising identifiers where permitted, device type, operating system, browser, app version, language, time zone, network data, pages and features used, gameplay events, searches, clicks, sessions, ad interactions, referring URLs, crash reports, diagnostics, performance and security signals, and approximate location inferred from IP. Cookies, local storage, SDKs, and pixels may support essential functions, preferences, analytics, attribution, and advertising.
We may receive limited information from app stores, platforms, sign-in and payment providers, analytics and advertising partners, anti-fraud providers, public sources, or other users. A game may request notifications, photos or storage, camera, microphone, or precise location only when a feature needs it; the Service will request permission, and you can change it in device settings.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide, authenticate, personalize, secure, support, analyze, and improve the Services; save progress and preferences; process purchases and entitlements; deliver requested alerts and communications; measure performance and advertising; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce terms; comply with law; and create aggregated or de-identified insights.
Where required, our legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Services, legal obligations, and consent. You may withdraw consent prospectively at any time.
5. Security and international processing
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, provider reviews, and encryption in transit where appropriate. No system is completely secure. Games4Fun and its providers may process information in other countries; where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
You can manage permissions, notifications, cookies, consent choices, advertising identifiers, and marketing subscriptions through the Service, device, platform, browser, or message controls. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction; object or opt out of certain processing, sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; withdraw consent; appeal a denial; or complain to a privacy authority.
Send requests to privacy@g4f.io and identify the relevant Service and right. We may verify your identity or an agent's authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and account, satisfy legal, tax, accounting, security, and reporting duties, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Timing depends on the data, sensitivity, Service, settings, law, and security needs.
If a Service supports accounts, request deletion through its in-app controls when available or at privacy@g4f.io. We will delete or de-identify associated personal information unless retention is permitted or required. Limited data may remain temporarily in backups or for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or claims purposes.
8. Children's privacy
Unless a Service and its listing expressly say otherwise, the Services are for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 or the higher local minimum age. We do not knowingly collect a child's personal information without required authorization. Contact us if you believe this occurred. A child-directed Service will provide additional notice and protections required by law and app-store family policies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our Services and practices change. We will post the revision, update the date, and provide additional notice or seek consent when required. Material changes apply prospectively.
